• In general, the advice is to travel light, with a backpack or a small hand luggage.

• To fly and stay in Austria a valid passport will be needed. 

• If you have one, we also remind you to bring your health card with you, which grants you access to healthcare in all European countries.

• Payment by bank transfer:

  • 30% deposit at the time of booking

  • 70% balance payment within 30 days of departure (by May 11, 2025)

• Cancellation terms: free before 90 days, 30% if cancellation occurs between 90 and 30 days before departure, 100% if cancellation occurs within 30 days of departure.
