Camping option:

• Transfer from Hamburg airport to the festival and back

• 5 nights at World Metal Camp, a dedicated camp for international travelers within walking distance of the stages and equipped with exclusive amenities such as power outlets, barbecue area, seating, toilets and showers, party tent with exclusive parties and more.

• Full festival ticket (July 30-Aug. 2)

• Dedicated coordinator for the duration of the trip

• Whatsapp group for pre-departure coordination and getting to know your fellow travelers

Hotel option:

• Transfer from Hamburg airport to the hotel and back

• 5 nights sharing a double room with another traveler in a 3* hotel with breakfast

• Daily transfers to and from the festival (departure from the hotel around 1 p.m., departure from the festival around 1 a.m.). Transfer time: about 45 minutes).

• Full festival ticket (July 30-Aug. 2)

• All that will be needed to fly and stay in Germany is your valid ID card, valid for abroad travel.

• If you have one, we also remind you to bring your health card with you, which grants you access to healthcare in all European countries.

  • 100% at the time of booking

• Payment by bank transfer:

  • 30% deposit at the time of booking

  • 70% balance within 30 days of departure (i.e., by June 29, 2025 )
