    • Transfer from Hamburg airport to the festival and back

    • 5 nights at World Metal Camp, a dedicated camp for international travelers within walking distance of the stages and equipped with exclusive amenities such as power outlets, barbecue area, seating, toilets and showers, party tent with exclusive parties and more.

    • Full festival ticket (July 29-Aug. 1)

    • A dedicated tour guide for the entire duration of the trip

    • WhatsApp group for pre-departure coordination and getting to know your travel companions

    • Medical and baggage insurance.

    Hotel option:

    • Transfer from Hamburg airport to the hotel and back

    • 5 nights sharing a double room with another traveler in a 3* hotel with breakfast

    • Daily transfers to and from the festival (departure from the hotel around 1 p.m., departure from the festival around 1 a.m.). Transfer time: about 45 minutes.

    • Full festival ticket (July 29-Aug. 1)

    • Daytime access to World Metal Camp, a dedicated camp for international travelers within walking distance of the stages and equipped with exclusive amenities such as power outlets, barbecue area, seating, restrooms and showers, party tent with exclusive parties, and more.

    • All you need to fly and stay in Germany is your valid ID card or passport, valid for international travel.

      • 30% deposit required at the time of booking

      • 70% balance within 30 days of departure (i.e., by June 28, 2026 )
