• In general, the advice is to travel light, with a backpack or a small hand luggage.

• To fly and stay in Sweden all you need is a valid passport.

• If you have one, we also remind you to bring your health card with you, which grants you access to healthcare in all European countries.

• Payment by bank transfer:

  • 30% deposit at the time of booking

  • 70% balance within 30 days of departure (May 3, 2025 )

• Cancellation terms: free before 90 days, 30% if cancellation occurs between 90 and 30 days before departure, 100% if cancellation occurs within 30 days of departure.

The trip will be confirmed when the minimum quota of participants is reached. In case 7 people are not reached, travelers will be entitled to choose between an alternative travel arrangement or a full refund of the paid fee.
