What our travelers say

"I set out to see a great festival and came home with a wonderful wealth of experiences. I met a lot of great people with whom I shared a house, pastas at 2 a.m., and lots of laughter."

- Sweden Rock 2026
“An experience that not only leaves you with many wonderful memories but also opens your mind and makes you realize that sometimes it’s worth taking a few risks to see what's out there"

- Nova Rock 2026
"I highly recommend traveling with Breakdown Tours, the only Italian Official tour operator for Wacken Open Air. They’re a reliable company, basically, I didn’t notice any real hiccups during the trip, and the organization was always spot-on: “they handle everything” and they do it well; the vans were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the drivers were professional and helpful. We always traveled in style."

- Wacken Open Air 2026
"It was such a wonderful experience that I'll cherish forever, and I hope to live many more...."

- Wacken Open Air 2026
"Breakdown Tours was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure my time at Wacken Open Air was the best it could possibly be. Alice, in particular, helped me fulfill a lifelong dream, and I can't wait to book this adventure again. Bring on 2027!"

- Wacken Open Air 2026
"You can't die, and you can't say you've truly lived, unless you've been to the Wacken Open Air at least once! Getting to experience it for the first time thanks to Breakdown Tours and Alice’s fantastic organization and helpfulness made the experience even more unforgettable and wonderful. I was able to fully enjoy every moment and every emotion, both when hanging out with my fellow travelers and when I broke away from the group and went off on my own adventures!!

- Wacken Open Air 2026
"It was a wonderful experience in every way."

"Perfect shuttle service both ways. Brand-new, comfortable vehicle. Reasonable prices considering what's offered. They did a great job."

- La Prima Estate 2026
"I came across this service by chance. It's a great idea to include the hotel, breakfast, shuttle, and ticket in the price. That way, you don't risk losing your driver's license. The communication regarding schedules, the hotel's location, and shuttle details was excellent."

“Perfect organization and a very high level of professionalism. No complaints whatsoever. Prompt responses, and everything was always very clear. Congratulations.”
